We issued a separate letter to the Board dated December 12, 2013 which discusses the background of the review and provides an analysis of the financial activity in these bank accounts. In addition, as a result of our review procedures we are providing the following internal control recommendations and noncompliance issues for your consideration: Noncompliance: District Support Organizations Policies Springboro Community City School District Board Policy 9210 titled “District Support Organizations” states that parent organizations desiring to use the name of the District must obtain approval of the Board as a prerequisite. -

DEUBERT1, GLENN M. WONG2, AND DANIEL HATMAN3 I. INTRODUCTION One of the most desirable jobs in all of sports is undoubtedly that of General Manager (GM).
