ALL-TECH RACEWAY Sprint cars coming to town Racing returns to All-Tech Raceway at the beginning of Aug.
By ERIC JACKSON [email protected]
Get excited, racing fans. Wing sprints are coming to Lake City. After a month-long hiatus, the racing returns to All-Tech Raceway for a two- day event next weekend. The United Sprint Car Series continues on Aug. 3-4 as racers from around the country are set to arrive in Lake City for two days of action. The USCS event is highlighted by the Outlaw Thunder sprints, which will race both Friday and Saturday. “It’s been going on for about 22 years now, and I’ve been apart of it pretty much the whole time,” said 11-time champion Terry Gray. “If you’re a sprint car racer, and you’re in the southeast part of the United States, this is what’s going on.” Along with racing sprints, E-Mods and Florida Late Models will be on the track on day one of the event. Sprints, Pure Stocks and C-Class Late Models are scheduled for day two. This
