Central Park Zoo Summer Camp 2020

On behalf of the Wildlife Conservation Society Education Department, welcome to Central Park Zoo Summer Camp! We are thrilled that your camper will be joining us for a very exciting summer. By now you should have received your confirmation email and ticket from [email protected]. If you have not ​ ​ received your ticket please email our registrar office at [email protected]. ​ ​

Our Zoo Camp staff are currently updating our summer programs and can’t wait to share these incredible camp experiences with you soon.

Please visit our updated Summer Camp website, including the Camp Resources page ​ ​ (https://centralparkzoo.com/learn/children-and-family-programs/summer-camp/faqs), containing ​ ​ information regarding what to expect during summer camp, updated camp policies, and an FAQs section.

Please refer to those resources and Caregiver Handbook, and do not hesitate to contact [email protected] if you would like to speak with a staff member prior to the start of camp. ​

Camp Forms: No action or form completion is required at this time. Two weeks before the start of camp, ​ we will provide you with the appropriate forms that need to be completed. All forms can be completed by the parent or legal guardian and do not require a medical professional’s signature.

Cancellation Policy: ​ ● All cancellations must be submitted via email. Please state the child’s name, camp session, date, and the reason for the refund request. ● Each change to the original registration is subject to a $50.00 administrative fee. ● Notice and refund amounts: ○ Requests received at least four (4) weeks prior to the camp start date, will receive a full refund, less the $50.00 administrative fee. ○ Requests received between two (2) and four (4) weeks prior to the camp start date, will receive a 50% refund. ○ Requests received within two (2) weeks of the camp start date will not receive a refund. ​ ​ ● Camp Registrations are non-transferrable. ● There are no refunds, including partial refunds if your child misses camp for any reason, including illness. ● Campers dismissed for behavioral reasons are not eligible for a refund.
