EDUCATION: PROFILE: Bachelor of Architecture - Pratt Institute, Mr. Julio Ravelo, RA NCARB is the Director of Forensics/Claims for the fi rm’s Brooklyn, forensic engineering and litigation support division. Mr. Ravelo brings over 30 years of experience within the forensic and architectural fi elds. Investigative evaluation and restoration of all façades and roofs of a 14-story 1911 landmark building. Restoration program includes replacement of decorative terracotta with terracotta to match existing, slate steep sloped tower with new slate, limestone and brick repairs, restoration of original wood windows and fl at roofs replacement. • Isabella Geriatric Center, New York, NY. Building envelope consulting and reconstruction of a 1930s commercial building to be used as a community center for the elderly.
