As part of the 9th , the Pro-Biz Cup brings leading business minds and the world’s leading Grandmasters together in a fun tournament to raise money for the UK charity Chess in Schools and Communities (CSC). You, and your business, have the opportunity to team up with one of the world’s greatest players. World Champion , former World Champion Vishy Anand, super Grandmasters Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, , , , Wesley So, Sergey Karjakin, all in the world’s top 10 will play and former World Champion who has recently returned to competitive chess, is also taking part. The Pro-Biz event is taking place on Thursday 30th November 2017. It is being hosted by DeepMind in the spectacular surrounds of Google’s UK headquarters in King’s Cross, which is where the first round of the London Chess Classic, part of the , will also be held on Friday 1st December. You will meet your partner prior to the first game for a photo shoot and strategy meeting. You and your partner will make alternate moves as you take on other GM-Amateur pairings in a rapid chess format. You will be guaranteed a minimum of two matches.
