" Section 12 (2) of the Act provides for the exhibition in each county of the list and maps for that county in a manner prescribed by regulations made by the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht. The relevant regulations were made under .Statutory Instrument No. 341 of 1994, entitled National Monuments(Exhibition of Record of Monuments)Regulations, 1994.
