November 19, 2017 http://twitter.com/NFL345 SEVEN FROM SUNDAY – WEEK 11 A look at seven statistical highlights from games played at 1:00 p.m. ET and 4:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, November 19, the 11th week of the 2017 season. • The NEW ORLEANS SAINTS defeated Washington 34-31 in overtime to improve to 8-2. The Saints, who have won eight consecutive games after starting 0-2, are the first team in the Super Bowl era to win its next eight games immediately following an 0-2 start. The Saints scored 15 points in the final 2:53 of the fourth quarter to force overtime and won the game on WIL LUTZ’s 28-yard field goal in overtime. New Orleans is the first team to win a game after trailing by at least 15 points in the final three minutes of the fourth quarter since 2011 (Denver vs. Miami, October 23, 2011). • The NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS defeated Oakland 33-8 at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City. With the victory, the Patriots improved to 8-2 and clinched a .500 or better record for the 17th consecutive season, tying the 1957-73 Cleveland Browns for the second-longest streak in NFL history (1965-85 Dallas Cowboys, 21 consecutive seasons). New England quarterback TOM BRADY completed 30 of 37 passes (81.1 percent) for 339 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions for a 131.9 passer rating. Brady has 82 career games with at least 300 passing yards and is the only player in NFL history to record a 300-yard passing game in three different countries (United States, United Kingdom and Mexico). Brady is also the first player to have a game with at least three passing touchdowns in three different countries. • The BALTIMORE RAVENS defeated Green Bay 23-0 at Lambeau Field and registered the team’s third shutout this season. The Ravens are the fifth team – and first since 2003 (New England) – in the past 30 years to record at least three shutouts in a single season. Three of the previous four teams to accomplish the feat during that span won the Super Bowl in that season – 1991 Washington, 2000 Baltimore and 2003 New England. • The LOS ANGELES CHARGERS had five interceptions – all in the first half – in the team’s 54-24 win over Buffalo. The Chargers are the only team in at least the past 20 years to record five interceptions in the first half of a game. In today’s contest, CASEY HAYWARD had two interceptions, KOREY TOOMER had a 59- yard interception-return touchdown and TRE BOSTON and TREVOR WILLIAMS each added an interception. • Arizona wide receiver LARRY FITZGERALD had nine catches for 91 yards and a touchdown in the Cardinals’ loss at Houston. Fitzgerald has 15,157 career receiving yards and passed TONY GONZALEZ (15,127) for the fifth-most receiving yards in NFL history. Fitzgerald, who has played his entire career with Arizona, and Pro Football Hall of Famer JERRY RICE (19,247 with San Francisco) are the only players in NFL history to reach 15,000 career receiving yards with a single team. • Minnesota wide receiver ADAM THIELEN had six catches for 123 yards and a touchdown in the Vikings’ 24-7 win over the Los Angeles Rams. Thielen, who has 62 catches for 916 yards this season, joins RANDY MOSS (2003) as the only players in franchise history to have at least 60 catches and 900 receiving yards in the team’s first 10 games of a season. • Washington quarterback KIRK COUSINS completed 22 of 32 passes (68.8 percent) for 322 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions for a 132.6 passer rating in the Redskins’ overtime loss at New Orleans. Cousins has nine career games with at least three touchdown passes and no interceptions and tied Pro Football Hall of Famer SONNY JURGENSEN and JOE THEISMANN for the most such games in franchise history. # # # .
