It is this golden rule that we must learn from the movie Karwaan, which is ready for World Television Premiere on Saturday, November 24 at 8 pm only on nnel, Sony MAX. It is said that sometimes getting lost is the best way to find yourself, and this message has been beautifully weaved in along with the other concepts of life like change, coming of age, acceptance and resolution. Directed by Akarsh Khurana, and written by Bejoy Nambair, the film stars Irrfan Khan, Dulquer Salmaan and Mithila Palkar; who are set out on a bumpy ride that takes them through multiple detours before finding their true calling. The film revolves around a Bangalore based IT professional Avinash Rajpurohit (Dulquer Salman), who shares an estranged relationship with his father. As Avinash gets the news of h death, he is shaken and disturbed. Things get complicated when the wrong coffin is delivered to Avinash and he sets out to get the body of his father back along with his friend Shaukat (Irrfan Khan). Their journey is interrupted by the entry of a chirpy teenager Tanya (Mithila Palkar) whose is towards life awakens Avinash, while Tanya gets to learn about the depth of life from Avinash. Shot in the most beautiful places in South India, Karwaan is a journey of these three who end up taking a road trip with hindrances.
