Our new Plan 2019-2021 is ambitious and aims to improve the relationships between inter-agency services in Co. Clare to address the needs of children, young people, families and communities. The vision of our CYPSC is that all children and young people of Clare are valued, thriving, safe, content, have equal opportunity, are respected in their lives and are connected to their communities.
