These records provide a broad and rich complement to the documentation found in the University Archives, especially for the period 1940 to the present. Salary will be competitive and dependent upon qualifications. Support for research activity is offered and includes summer support, travel, and graduate assistants. Research active faculty have a 3-2 teaching load with a reduction to 2-2 for the first 2 years. Class sizes are typically in the mid-30 range.
