Zakona o upravnom postupku ("SluZbene novine Federacije BiH", broj:2198, 48199), SluZba za privredu, urbanizam i za5titu okoline Op6ine Kakanj, daje sljede6e: OBAVJESTENJE o pod nesenom zahtj ev u za izdav anj e Prethod ne vodne saglasnosti Zavod za planiranje i izgranju Op6ine Kakanj podnijela je SluZbi za privredu, urbanizam i za5titu okoline Op6ine Kakanj zahtjev za izmlent i dopunu rje5enja o predhodnoj vodnoj saglasnosti za izgradnju kanalizacionih kolektora u duZini od 63 metra na parceli oznadenoj kao k.d. 1332 K.O. Haljini6i (dionica kanalizacionog kolektora koja se planira graditi u vodnom dobru II kategorije) i ispu5tanje otpadnih voda, na lokalitetu MZ}{allinili, akt broj:0411-25-1319117 od09.03,2017. godine. Podaci o nodnesenom zah u Broj zahtjeva: 04lt-2t-415120 Podnosilac zahtjeva: Zavod za planiranje i izgradnju op6ine Kakanj Lokalitet: MZ Haljiniii, MZ Bjelavi6i kanalizacioni kolektor i uredaj za predi56avanje Vrsta objekta / aktivnosti: otpadnih voda (SBR 400) i prelivni cjevovod. Opis objekta / aktivnosti: Podnosilac zahtjeva radi terenskih uslova je izmjestio ureclaj za prediS6avanje otpadnih voda (SBR 400) sa parcele k.(,.1322 K.O. Haljini6i, te je potrebno izvr5iti izmjenu i dopunu rje5enja predhodne vodne saglasnosti akt broj: 04ll-25-1319717 od 09.03.2017. godine shodno dlanu 87. Zakona o vodama Zenidko-dobojskog kantona (,,SluZbene novine Zenidko-dobojskog kantona",broj:17107). Trasa primarnog kolektoraprolazi kroz parcele: k.(:. l342ll, 1332, 1329, 1328, 1327,1326, 1325, 1324, 1322, 132211, 1321, 1320, 1310, 1300, K.O. Haljini6i (novi premjer); i k.d. 276311 K.O. BreZani(novi premj er). Novaprojektovana lokacija urectaj za predi56avanje otpadnih voda i prelivnog cjevovoda se nalazi na parceli k.i,. 7 63 1 1 K.O. BreZani. Napomena: Zavod za planiranje i izgradnju op6ine Kakanj je tz zahtjev priloZilo glavni projekat ,,Fekalna kanalizacija tMZ Haljini6i" uraden od strane pravnog lica ,,Perspektiva-inZinjering" d.o.o Visoko, januar 2017. godine; Izvje5taj o provedenoj tehnidkoj kontroliireviziji projektne A: Ulica branilaca I T: 032 771 827 F: 032 771 809 W:kakanj.gov.ba E: [email protected] dokumentacije ,,Glavni projekat fekalna kanalizacija u MZ Haljini6i" izraden od pravnog lica Higracon d.o.o. The Association has implemented over 100 projects during 15 years of its work, the majority of which are educational projects and projects that contribute to strengthening of Roma communities. we aim to: • improve school readiness and early childhood development for at least 65 Roma children aged 3-6 in Visoko municipality and Kakanj, including enhancing parenting skills • increase enrollment rate, attendance rate, retention rate and academic success of at least 37 Roma pupils in elementary schools in 1st and 2nd grades through improvement of their school performance and involvement of their parents in education process. Improved cooperation between the Association Roma Support Centre “Romalen” Kakanj and project Municipalities Visoko and Kakanj as well as public preschool institutions in Visoko and Kakanj. Both preschool institutions provide space for Toy Libraries. 2.
