Three different players scored goals for the team, including midfielder Dylan 7:30pm Torch FC @ West Chester Fogerty and defender Pablo Fonseca, who each scored the first of their career. Three different players found the back of the net, as forward Regsan Watkins scored his third of the season, and midfielder Dylan Fogerty and defender Pablo Fonseca scored their first career goals. The team record for goals in a game is four, which was set on June 23, 2018, in a 4-0 victory at Torch FC. LaBrocca Makes Debut FC Monmouth announced before June 8’s match at Hershey FC that Assistant Coach, and former MLS All-Star Nick LaBrocca will be joining the team as a player-coach for the remainder of the season. LaBrocca came off the bench at Hershey, playing 35 minutes and registering a shot. Big Night for Zabilowicz In his first career start for FC Monmouth, goalkeeper Trevor Zabilowicz played the full 90 minutes at Hershey FC (June 8), allowing just one goal while stopping two shots. Zabilowicz became the fourth goalkeeper in team history to win his first career start, with the other three being Scott Weigel (5/26/18), Malcom Moreira (6/23/18), and Jake Leahy (5/18/19). Shot Efficiency During June 1’s draw versus Philadelphia Lone Star FC, 12 of FC Monmouth’s 15 shots were on target, which accounted for 80 percent of their shot total for the game. That percentage was the highest for the team since June 13, 2018, where five of their six shots against New Jersey Copa FC were on target (83 percent). Strong Out of Half Following the halftime break on June 1, FC Monmouth recorded the first seven shots of the second half during a 15-minute stretch versus Philadelphia Lone Star.
