SPECIAL INITIATIVES

1. Established the Urology Development Fund, a fund to which all fund raising activities of the urology unit goes to for helping to raise monies to purchase badly needed equipment by the UHWI. So far, the fund has raised one million, three hundred thousand dollars (Ja$1,300,000.00).

2. Has set up a private NGO foundation called P.R.O.T.E.C.T. Men which seeks to empower men through raising their awareness of common health issues affecting Jamaican men and how these may be avoided/detected early
