Volunteer Appreciation Ideas: It is important that we give recognition to our volunteers, family members and others for their accomplishments, contributions and service. Recognition can be of a serious nature or a more fun and light hearted nature, either way recognition is crucial.

Small, informal recognition of those who work with you can provide that little spark that brightens a day, inspires greater performance and improves morale. Who knows, it may even increase tenure! Not all recognition needs to be a formal award. Let people know you care and are aware of their contributions! The results can be very pleasing!
