All three bills deal with Regional Transportation Authorities (RTA) and specifically the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Transportation Authority (SERTA). AB-75 passed the legislature. After hearing citizens comments at the Legislative Committee meeting it became quite clear that not enough information has been disseminated both to locally elected officials and citizens.
