ve seasons Winthrop is 57-23 when attempting 20 or more free throws, 8-3 when attempting 30 or more and 4-0 when attempting 40 or more • During that same time span, Winthrop is 32-32 when it has less than 20 free throw attempts (but has won the last four games it has attempted fewer than 20) • In the last fi ve seasons Winthrop is 20-4 when making 10 or more threes and attempting 20 or more free • Team tied largest comeback under Pat Kelsey rallying from 14 down to defeat Georgia Southern • Eagles win at Illinois was their fi rst ever over a Big 10 opponent and the third marquee win under November of 1989 against St. Francis • The 36 made free throws and 42 free throw attempts are the most in a single-game under Kelsey • The 94 points at Manhattan were the most by an Eagle team in a non-conference road game since Dec. 29, 2013 in a 101-95 loss at Hampton in double-overtime • They are the most points scored in a non-conference game that ended in regulation since a 101-93 win at Central Connecticut State on Jan. 4, 1993 • The Eagles 86 points at FSU were tied for the most ever against an opponent from a Power 5 conference as the Eagles scored 86 in an overtime loss at Georgia in 2011 • Finished the NIT Season Tip-Off with a 2-2 mark and are 4-6 all-time • This is the 10th Anniversary of the 2006-07 Winthrop team that set the school mark for wins in a single-season, went reach 80 or more points in four straight games against BSC opponents • The previous mark of three straight was accomplished by teams from 2015-16, 2006-07, 1998-99, 1994-95 and 1992-93 • Have scored 80 or more points in seven of the last nine games • Team had four straight games with 80 or more points last season • The longest streak of games with 80 or more points is held by the 1992-93 team as
