Strive to find solution for age fudging at junior level strictly. Try to bring the remuneration to Junior National Cricketers at par with Ranji Trophy Players. To bring Travel insurance at par with International Cricketer. Will strive to have zonal academies in all the zones and to promote cricket all over India where our ex Ist class cricketers can coach and guide the budding cricketers. Coaches training will be of utmost important and more Level 1 and Level 2 programs will be organised.

    INDIAN CRICKETERS’ ASSOCIATION (ICA) ELECTION - 11 OCTOBER 2019 TO 13 OCTOBER 2019 FINAL ELECTORAL ROLL - 9 OCTOBER 2019 9 October 2019 From the Electoral Officer, BCCI Pursuant to the Election Notification for ICA Election issued on 30 September 2019 (“ICA Election Notice”), the Electoral Officer, BCCI hereby announces the final Electoral Roll, as included in Schedule 1 hereto, for the ICA Election to be held through e-voting from 11 October 2019 to 13 October 2019. The final Electoral Roll consists of all individuals who have applied to become members of the ICA on or before 21 September 2019 and have passed the initial due diligence process for eligibility, based on the eligibility criteria specified in the Articles of Association of the ICA (the “Articles”). The final grant of ICA membership shall be subject to the individual complying with any statutory and legal requirements and other requirements as may be specified by the Board of Directors of the ICA (“ICA Board”), including with respect to the payment of membership fees, if any.     STATUS OF THE FULL MEMBERS OF BCCI AS ON 06.09.2019 The compliance status of Full Members of BCCI, is as set out below: Ø The 18 Full Members of BCCI in category A have registered their respective constitutions, as approved by the Committee of Administrators (“COA”), in accordance with the judgment dated 9th August, 2018 (“Judgment”) passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the Civil Appeal No. 4235 of 2014. Ø The 10 Full Members of BCCI in category B have not yet submitted the registered constitution, as approved by the COA. Ø The 7 Full Members of BCCI in category C are non-compliant on account of either (a) failure to get their respective constitution approved by the COA; or (b) failure to submit their amended constitution as sought by COA. Only those full members of BCCI who have (a) registered their constitution, as approved by the COA, (b) inducted former international players (male and female) as members in accordance with the directions of COA, and (c) confirmed their membership structure, as required under the Judgment, will be considered as compliant in accordance with the Judgment.     BOARD OF CONTROL FOR CRICKET IN INDIA GUIDELINES TO STAGING ASSOCIATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONE DAY INTERNATIONAL MATCHES SCHEDULE-II CONDITIONS REGARDING ARRANGEMENTS TO BE MADE AT THE ASSOCIATIONS STAGING THE ONE DAY INTERNATIONALS. (1) GROUND ARRANGEMENTS: (a) Preparation of Wicket and Outfield: The wicket must be prepared in such a way that it conforms to international standards.The outfield must have even surface with proper turfing and leveling so that it is lush green.The Staging Association shall ensure that it takes the active assistance of the members of the Grounds & Wickets Committee constituted by the Board. (b) Boundary: The boundary shall be the fence or a rope inside the fence. In case the boundary is inside the outer fence, it has to be marked with ropes and flags. The distance of the boundary from the pitch must strictly conform to the Playing Conditions. To maximize player safety, and on grounds where it is appropriate to do so, the boundary line should be placed inside the perimeter fencing or advertising boards to a minimum distance of 3 yards. (c) Fielding Circle: The fielding circle must be marked within an area bound by two semi-circles, Centered on each middle stump, each with radius of 30 yards and joined by a parallel line on each side of the pitch. As per playing conditions, the fielding circle should be marked continuously painted white lines or dots of 5 yards intervals. Each 'dot' should be covered by a white plastic or rubber (Not metal) disc. measuring 7 inches in diameter. Also two inner circles shall be drawn on the field of play.
