In the East Division, Ohio State and Penn State have moved into a three-way tie for first place MICHIGAN STATE def. RUTGERS, 49-0 with Michigan. All three teams have a chance to earn at least a share of the division title this #19 NEBRASKA def. MINNESOTA, 24-17 weekend, but none can punch a ticket to Indianapolis. NORTHWESTERN def.
