Book Report on Gangsta Granny BOOK REPORT ON GANGSTA GRANNY Little does Ben suspect that his gangsta granny is still planning her The books are extremely funny, filled with the type of silly humour that. The characters made me laugh and I loved the relationship between Ben and his granny when they became best friends on their adventure to steal the crown jewels. At first I did not like it. Rob Brydon plays Mr Parker a nosy neighbour who could scupper Ben and his grandmas plot; and Jocelyn Jee Esien appears as Kelly, the pushy mother of Florence India Ria Amarteifio with whom Ben has to dance in a local ballroom competition. I personally have read this book many times but even though I have read this book before I read through this review eagerly. Then one day he finds a huge collection of jewels in a biscuit tin and discovers she was once a notorious burglar, the Black Cat, though she was never caught as she never tried to sell her spoils. But one day when he asks his "nan" whether he could stay on a saturday night and his nan said no, he wonders whether he should follow her. I have not yet finished it. But when this boy finds out this secret, the pair of them attempted to do something amazing. To his surprise, she recognised jack in his disguise and together , they plan to steal the crown jewels. I am going to start going to the library to read David Walliams books. I read it in a day and it was my second David Walliams book my first was Mr Stink. Synopsis 1 Summaries A young bored boy and his grandma decide to join hands and steal the crown jewels, after discovering that she used to be a jewel thief. Ben decides they should pull off the biggest heist of all, stealing the Crown Jewels from the Tower of London, using his intimate knowledge of plumbing to enter.     David Walliams Who Is David Walliams? David Walliams is a comedian, actor and author. He is also a judge on a TV talent show and writes for TV. David raises money for the charity, Sport Relief, which helps people all over the world. David’s Childhood David was born on 20th August 1971 in Merton, London. He was the child of Peter and Kathleen Williams. From a young age, he loved dressing up and his older sister Julie would often dress him up in girls’ clothes for fun. David went to school in Surrey, where his love of dressing up grew and his love of acting began. He was also on the school swimming team. At age 11, he acted in his first school play wearing a dress and made everyone laugh. This was the moment he knew that what he wanted to do with his life was make people laugh. David the Author David had a successful TV career and his own TV show. But he wanted to write a book about how it’s OK to be different. In 2008, he published ‘The Boy in the Dress’ about a boy who loves football and wearing dresses. The book sold over half a million copies.
