Wandsworth Local Plan: Employment and Industry Local Plan (EILP) Review (Proposed Submission Version March 2017) Confirmation of Participation in Oral Examination in Public

Thank you for your letter including The Inspector’s Guidance Notes, Main Issues and Questions and Draft Programme.

As set out in our original representation made on behalf of our client, Safestore Plc (Safestore), and submitted on 28 April 2017, we wish to take part in the oral examination.

I can confirm that Savills, on behalf of Safestore, still wish to take part in the oral examination, specifically the morning sessions and afternoon session on Tuesday 20th February.

As discussed by phone, since we submitted our written representations in April 2017, The London Plan - The Spatial Development Strategy for Greater London Draft for Public Consultation December 2017 (Draft New London Plan) has been published (published for consultation on 29th November 2017 until 2nd March 2018).

The enclosed letter addressed to LB Wandsworth requests that LB Wandsworth and the Inspector consider how the emerging Wandsworth policy aligns with the Draft New London Plan when assessing the soundness of the emerging Wandsworth LPEID. We respectfully request that the Inspector considers the enclosed letter during the Examination in Public, and if it would be useful to discuss anything further ahead of the Examination in Public we would be happy to discuss with you.
