Preliminary Q4/FY 2020 Results Webcast
TeamViewer – Preliminary Q4 and FY 2020 Results Call and Webcast TeamViewer AG Transcript – Preliminary Q4/FY 2020 Results Webcast 09 February 2021 TeamViewer – Preliminary Q4 and FY 2020 Results Call and Webcast Carsten Keller: Thank you. Good morning ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to our preliminary TeamViewer Q4 and full year 2020 results call. I’m here with Oliver Steil, CEO of TeamViewer, and Stefan Gaiser, our CFO, who will take you through our presentation with some business updates and then details on our Q4 and full year 2020 financials. Following the presentation, we will open the floor for your questions. However, before we start, I would like to remind you of the note on forward-looking statements that you can find on page two of the presentation. Let me now head over to Oliver. Oliver Steil: Thank you, Carsten. Good morning to all of you. Hope you’re all well. Thanks for joining our results call. So it’s a pleasure to discuss Q4 and financial year 2020 outcome, actually very pleased with the year, as you could see from the numbers. I think we were very happy to see that Q4 was a continuing normalization of the business after the corona pandemic effect in the first half of the year. Second half of the year “much more normal” and also very successful in that sense in digitalization projects for enterprises. So very pleased with the numbers. Overall billings came out at €456.7 million, which is slightly higher than our outlook. That’s the organic billings total including the Ubimax acquisition for the last four months was €460.3 million. -

Extension of the Agenda for the Ordinary (Virtual
Aareal Bank AG, Wiesbaden | WKN: 540 811 | ISIN: DE 0005408116 This version of the Notice to Shareholders (request for extension of the agenda for the Annual General Meeting) is a translation from the German original, provided for the convenience of English- speaking readers. The German text shall be authoritative and binding for all purposes. Extension of the Agenda for the Ordinary (Virtual) Annual General Meeting of Aareal Bank AG on 18 May 2021 2 Extension of the Agenda for the Ordinary (Virtual) Annual General Meeting Request for extension of the agenda dated 16 April 2021, submitted by shareholder Mr Till Hufnagel The Ordinary (Virtual) Annual General Meeting1) of Aareal Bank AG was convened for Tuesday, 18 May 2021, in Wiesbaden, by way of publication in the German Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) dated 6 April 2021. With a letter dated 12 April 2021 (received by Aareal Bank AG in writing on 13 April 2021), shareholder Mr Till Hufnagel, of Baar (Switzerland), had initially requested an extension of the agenda for the General Meeting, pursuant to section 122 (2) of the German Public Limited Companies Act (Aktiengesetz – “AktG”). However, Mr Hufnagel’s statements, provided to substantiate said request for extension of the agenda, constituted a contradiction to the fact that Mr Hufnagel himself had not in fact issued a voting rights notification pursuant to sections 33 and 34 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – “WpHG”), whilst also contradicting the voting rights notifications pursuant to sections 33 and 34 of the WpHG issued by Mr Klaus Umek (also on behalf of Petrus Advisers). -
