Dates: 1919-2016 (inclusive) ; 1978-2016 (predominant).

Extent: 30 cm. of textual records.

Biography: Robert Cole earned his BA and MA from St. Thomas More College and the University of , and his PhD from the University of Alberta. He currently works as Peel Bibliographer and Digital Content Coordinator at the University of Alberta Library. Previously, he served as a researcher and copy-editor for Chinook Multimedia in Edmonton.

Scope and content: This fonds includes materials collected primarily as a result of Bob Cole’s student days at the University of Saskatchewan and STM. The University Publications are particularly useful as these items are not duplicated in the University Publication Collection.

Arrangement: This fonds has been organized into four series:

1. Academics; 2. Athletics; 3. Entertainment. 4. University Publications

The three accessions (2009-097 Academics, Athletics, Entertainment); (2014-088 Athletics, Entertainment) and 2017-129 (University Publications) were merged and interfiled in 2018 since they all followed the same series organization.

Restrictions: There are no restrictions on access.
