Gustafsson Named Candidate For Lowe’s Senior CLASS Award • Senior defender Joel Gustafsson is one of 60 student-athletes, 30 male and 30 female, selected as candidates for the Lowe’s Senior CLASS Award. • An acronym for Celebrating Loyalty and Achievement for Staying in School, the award focuses on the total stu- dent-athlete and encourages students to use their platform in athletics to make a positive impact as leaders in their communities. • Candidates must be a NCAA Division I senior and have notable achievements in the areas of classroom, charac- ter, community and competition.
