Member for Ayre and Michael (Mr Baker) to ask the Minister for Health and Social Care – If she will make a statement on the feedback received since the change in service provider for the patient transfer service? 3. The Hon. Member for Douglas North (Mr Ashford) to ask the Minister for Home Affairs – What checks are undertaken to ensure when a gun licence expires or is not renewed, that the licenceholder is no longer keeping weapons that require a licence and that those weapons have been properly disposed of? 4. Member for Rushen (Mr Speaker) to ask the Chief Minister – Which Government Departments and local authorities benefit from the mobile and family libraries, and what contribution is made by each of them? 16. The Hon. Member for Rushen (Mr Speaker) to ask the Minister for Policy and Reform – Whether he will review the citizenship test to require more knowledge of the Isle of Man as opposed to the UK? 19. The Hon. Member for Rushen (Mr Speaker) to ask HM Attorney General – Whether any of the land in Port St Mary which was conveyed around 1890 from the Crown to the Isle of Man Harbour Commissioners has since been sold; if so, what land was sold and when; whether such sale was legal under the Harbours Acts; and whether the land conveyed includes the beach and the road known as Shore Road Underway from the harbour to Willow Terrace? 20. The Hon. Member for Rushen (Mr Speaker) to ask the Minister for Health and Social Care – How many people are on the waiting list at Southlands for: (a) Residential care; and (b) EMI care? 21. The Hon. Member for Rushen (Mr Speaker) to ask the Minister for Health and Social Care – Whether the Hospital to Home scheme at Southlands has been stopped; if so why; and how community needs are being met? 22. The Hon. Member for Rushen (Mr Speaker) to ask the Minister for Health and Social Care – How much furniture at Noble’s hospital was replaced last summer, why, and at what cost? 4 PP 2017/0078 23. Member for Rushen (Mr Speaker) to ask the Minister for Infrastructure – What his assessment is of the condition of the Island’s roads; and what plans he has to dedicate further resources to road maintenance? 28. Member for Rushen (Mr Speaker) to ask the Minister for Infrastructure – How many square metres were involved in the resurfacing of Douglas Promenade which he announced by press release on 20th February 2017; how much the resurfacing cost; what the breakdown of the cost was between labour and materials; and how he explains any difference between the actual cost and the estimate of £75,000 given in the press release? 29. Member for Douglas North (Mr Ashford) to ask the Minister for Infrastructure – In relation to the 2433 fixed penalty notices for vehicle offences cancelled following appeal from 2014 to 2016 inclusive, by category, for what offences they were issued and for what reasons they were cancelled? 5 PP 2017/0078 .
