There is no another quarry lease of 500 Mts. surrounding area. 7.0 Scheme for tree plantation. The quarry leases is sanctioned for the period of 10 years, During the lease period we will plant 2776 plant in the barrier zone in consultation with forest Department. 8.0 Detail and approximate distance of National park, sanctuary, Bio diversity area, interested within periphery of 10km from the area to be sanctioned. There is no National park, Sanctuary, Bio diversity area, Interstate boundary situated within periphery of 10 km from the sanctioned area. 9.0 Proposed annual production of mineral 3 Production –5513m per year Mineral– Stone (Basalt) 10.0 Effect on ground water level due to mining operation and its prevention measures. The mining of Crusher Stone (Basalt) during the lease period will be worked out from the top surface above the ground water table. Thus no ground water pollution is expected as mining will not intersect the ground water. 11.0 Details of scheme of continuous reclamation and rehabilitation of the land degradation due to mining. Reclamation and rehabilitation will be started at the end of mine life which requied sufficient quantity of waste etc. for backfilling availability of waste at the closing sufficient time of mine will be very less to meet requirement ; hence the mined out pit will be developed as water reservoir in future. 12.0 Details of preventive and control scheme of air and water pollution Air Pollution Control The air quality in the lease area as well as in the nearby buffer zone is well below the permissible limits. Following mitigative measures shall be doped for air pollution control due to mining of Stone. Prior awareness to explain the Eco-friendly main plan. 7. Proper tuning of vehicles to keep the CO gas emission and noise under check. 8. Plantation of tree at the places if allowed by the authorities, to help reduce the impact of dust. 13.0 Provision for separate stacking of surface soil excavated from mining operation and its utility. Moderate layer of top soil is present in this area, top soil will be dump in a particular place and this top soil will be used in plantation. 14.0 Details if social and economic up gradation of mining effect area due to proposed project.
