The neighbourhood of Droyslden West is an area that lies west of the M60 and is an attractive and welcoming place to live, work and visit. Droylsden is mainly a suburban area with a thriving shopping centre which comprises of many shops and amenities including a large supermarket in close proximity to the town centre and annual Christmas markets. Droylsden benefits from good transport links, with a regular bus service providing a number of routes into Ashton and Manchester.
