Over the last few months, we have worked with state and local authorities on the details for hosting the 2021 Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear, June 11 – 13, 2021.

We will host a limited number of fans, while following the current health and safety guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). Changes have been made to guard against crowding and fans congregating.

Below are some of the changes implemented for the 2021 event.

Safety Protocols ▪ Everyone will be required to wear a face covering at the Grand Prix, except when actively eating or drinking ▪ Hand sanitizing stations will be present around the venue ▪ Cleaning and sanitizing will occur throughout each day of the event, especially in high-contact areas

Shuttle Service ▪ The free shuttle service to and from Belle Isle will also follow health and safety protocols ▪ Riders will be required to wear a face covering ▪ Seating will be socially distanced on each shuttle ▪ Arrivals and departures will be monitored to prevent large groups assembling

Gate Entry ▪ Contactless security and bag screening will be implemented ▪ Express entry lane for those entering the venue with clear bags

Tickets ▪ Tickets will come from the email address [email protected] starting May 20, 2021 ▪ Tickets will be attached to the email in a PDF file; email will contain directions to save and print the tickets

Grandstands ▪ Some grandstands have been condensed or eliminated due to attendance limitations (refer to Track Map) ▪ Seating in Grandstands 1 & 2 will be spaced between customer groups

General Admission Seating & Fan Areas ▪ General Admission tickets are available but all GA seating and viewing platforms are eliminated for 2021 ▪ There are two GA viewing areas; located on the backstretch east of Turn 7, and in Turn 9 ▪ Seating is not provided in the new GA viewing locations; lawn chairs will be permitted to be carried in ▪ Under the current guidelines, the Paddock and Pit area is not accessible ▪ All activities in the Fan Zone, including concerts and interactive displays are cancelled ▪ Belle Isle Club hospitality is not available ▪ Concession areas behind Grandstands 1 & 2 will replace the Food Court

Comerica Bank Free Prix Day on Friday, June 11 ▪ Advanced reservation is required; tickets will not be available on-island ▪ Each person will need a ticket to enter the venue; limit of 6 per customer group ▪ Grandstands 1 & 2 will have a limited number of reserved seats with spacing between customer groups ▪ Standing room only General Admission is available; lawn chairs permitted to be carried in

Car Corral ▪ Friday Car Corral packages now include reserved grandstand seats ▪ Grandstand tickets will deliver by email; vehicle and hospitality passes will be mailed on May 24th ▪ Cadillac and Corvette Corrals participants will park at the Detroit Boat House
