Next Defect Repair Committee Meeting - Wednesday, October 17, 2018, 3:00 PM

The next scheduled meeting of the Defect Repair Committee will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at 3:00 pm, in the Community Center 2nd Floor Meeting Room. We invite and encourage you to attend!

New Snow Removal & Landscape Maintenance Contractor

Given the challenges we have experienced over the previous winter season and during this past landscape season, the Association has contracted with a new replacement contractor for both services, Grounds Guys of Boulder. We look forward to a successful and productive season with Grounds Guys.

"A Taste of South Africa" Wine Tasting Event - Friday, October 19, 2018, 7-9:00 PM

Did you get your tickets for the Social Committee's "A Taste of South Africa" wine tasting event, being held Friday, October 19, 2018, from 7-9 pm on the Community Center 2nd floor? We have 3 tickets left! Wine tasting (with Peloton resident expert Ann Raabe) of regional wines will be accompanied by food selections from the region and African drummers! Enjoy!

Graffiti on Association Postings - Please Report

We have noted during the past two weeks that some of the Association's elevator and mail room postings have been vandalized by graffiti, some of it containing obscenities. We do of course remove and replace these when we (or you) find them. If you have any information about who is doing this, please contact Tim at the Management office.

Peloton Movie Night - "Waiting for Guffman" - Monday, October 15, 2018, 7:00 PM

Our movie Monday night, October 15, 2018 at 7:00 pm, will be the hilarious mockumentary, Waiting For Guffman, (1997), directed by Christopher Guest and starring Christopher Guest, Eugene Levy, Parker Posey, Catherine O'Hara and Fred Willard. The residents of Blaine Missouri are celebrating their sesquicentennial anniversary and who better to put together a dramatical musical celebration of Blaine's history then Corky St. Clair, whose previous spectacular productions have included "Back Draft, the Musical!" This comedy is a must see; especially now when we need all the laughs we can get. Monday night at 7 in the CC Theatre!
