Here is an overview of what’s available. Airport The newly renovated Syracuse Hancock International Airport is a 10-15 minute drive from Syracuse University. For information visit syrairport.org Amtrak & Greyhound The city’s train and bus hub is a 10-minute drive from campus and connects students to vibrant cities in the northeast such as Washington, DC, Philadelphia, New York, and Boston. Buses CENTRO buses provide transportation for Syracuse and the surrounding suburbs. The area’s inter-city bus lines, which provide service for most areas throughout Onondaga and Oswego counties, include Oswego Motor Lines, Onondaga Coach, Greyhound, and Trailways.
