The team will be coached by Warriors assistant coach Pete Myers with fellow assistants Wes Unseld, Jr., Jerry DeGregorio, Darren Erman, Kris Weems, Joe Boylan and John Fahey joining him on the bench... The NBA Summer League will be held on the campus of UNLV, with games taking place at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion... Overall, 24 teams (23 NBA, one NBDL) will field a squad in the NBA Summer League... For schedules, results and additional information, log onto www.nba.com/summerleague2012. Dallas Lauderdale 23 ................................................Draymond Green - 3 - WARRIORS SUMMER LEAGUE NOTES D-LEAGUE DELEGATES Four of the Warriors’ Summer League players have at one time in their career spent time in the NBA D-League, including Jeremy Tyler and Chris Wright, who were assigned to the Dakota Wizards at various points of the 2011-12 season. Tyler averaged 15.6 points and 7.8 rebounds in five D-League games while Wright tallied 17.8 points and 8.8 rebounds in 13 regular season games and 16.5 points and 10.5 rebounds in two playoff games for Dakota. Dar Tucker also made his mark in the D-League, winning the slam dunk contest at the 2010 NBA D-League All-Star Game and being named the league’s Most Improved Player in 2010-11. • Played in D-League last season (2): Jeremy Tyler - Dakota Chris Wright - Dakota and Maine • Previously played in D-League (2): Frank Robinson - Los Angeles Dar Tucker - Los Angeles, New Mexico and Texas In 2012-13, the Warriors’ D-League affiliate is scheduled to move from Bismarck, North Dakota to Santa Cruz, California. HELLO FROM OVERSEAS Seven of the Warriors’ 21 Summer League players have at one time in their career played professionally overseas, including Jeremy Tyler, who became the first American-born player to skip high school early to turn pro when he left San Diego High School after his junior year to play with Maccabi Haifa in Israel. Frank Robinson and Andre Smith are the most seasoned, each having spent time with five different foreign teams. The following have all spent time overseas: • Justin Burrell - Yokohama BC (Japan); Justin Hurtt - M. Hainaut (Belgium), Cimberio VA (Italy); Dallas Lauderdale - PGE Turow (Poland); Frank Robinson - B.C. Habikaa (Isreal), Sokhumi Tbilsisi (Georgia), Maccabi Haifa (Isreal), Union Olimpija Ljubljana (Slovenia), ENBW Ludwigsburg (Germany); Andre Smith - Otto Caserta (Italy), Karsiyaka (Turkey), Everton Tigers (United Kingdom), Niigata Albirex (Japan), Sions Herens Basket (Switzerland); Dar Tucker - Maurienne (France); Jeremy Tyler - Tokoyo Apache (Japan), Maccabi Haifa (Israel) • Players on the Warriors Summer League roster have played on 16 teams overseas in 13 different countries. • Three members (Justin Burrell, Andre Smith, Jeremy Tyler) have played in the same league (Japan League) at different times, while two (Justin Hurtt, Andre Smith) competed in the Italian League.
