NOTICE for Computer Training For PGMT Students (enrolled after January, 2017 and cleared all 10 papers for PGMT course)

This is to inform that the University is going to arrange the first phase of Online Computer Training Programme (related to Paper-4B) for those students of Post Graduate Mathematics who have enrolled for the course after January, 2017 and cleared all the 10 papers of PGMT course without any backlog, but not yet attended compulsory Computer Training Programme. It is to be noted that the “Computer Training” is an integrated part of the syllabus of Post Graduate Mathematics and hence it is mandatory for each student to get the certificate of completion of this “Computer Training”.

The training will be conducted in online mode and the students can complete the training programme from their own residence without moving physically to any center. The students are requested to refer the Table-1 for detailed information of the programme. The training will be conducted in consecutive 5 days and a particular student will have to attend classes on all 5 days. This is to be noted that the first phase of the training programme is being conducted for those students who have enrolled for the course after January 2017 and whose final result is pending only for the completion of this training. The training for the remaining students will be conducted in the subsequent phases and will be notified separately.

Please note that the eligible students will be contacted by the ICT support team of the university and the team will instruct how to participate in the programme.

N.B.:  Students are requested to arrange a computer (Preferably) or a smart phone to complete the training.  Students are requested to arrange the internet connectivity in their computer/ smart phone.  The training date cannot be changed  Due to any emergency, University authority can change the date of the program. The students are advised to follow the NSOU website on a regular basis.  Student should have their own study material (Paper-4-B) while attending the training.
