Hockey match 1 vs. Cornwall Hill College. Overnight with hosts. Fri 17 Own flight arrangements to Cape Town. Arrive at Cape Town International Airport at 1500 and transfer to the Best Western Cape Suites Hotel where you will stay for 3 nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. Overnight at hotel. Sat 18 Match Day 2 Rugby match 2 vs. Langa development team. Hockey match 2 vs. Langa development team. Lunch at Langa and a township tour. Overnight at hotel. Sun 19 Full day tour of Cape Point, Boulders Beach (to view the Penguins), Hout Bay and a boat cruise to Seal Island where you will also see some interesting birdlife. Overnight at hotel. Mon 20 Morning visit to Table Mountain where you will take a cable car to the top of the mountain to experience panoramic views of the Mother City. Afternoon visit to the Springbok Rugby Museum. Thereafter the boys will transfer to Paarl Boys High School and the girls will transfer to a different school where you will be hosted for 2 nights. Overnight with hosts. 1 Tue 21 Match Day 3 Rugby match 3 vs. Paarl Boys High School (TBC) Hockey match 3 (TBC). Overnight with hosts. Wed 22 This morning you will board a ferry to Robben Island where you will be taken on a tour of the island-prison, meet former political prisoners and view Nelson Mandela’s prison cell. Spend the afternoon shopping at the V&A Waterfront before checking into the Best Western Cape Suites Hotel where you will stay for the next 2 nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. Overnight at hotel. Thu 23 Match Day 4 Rugby match 4 vs. Edgemead High School Hockey match 4 vs. Edgemead High School Overnight at hotel. Fri 24 Enjoy a guided tour of Newlands Stadium this morning and visit the Cheetah Rehabilitation Centre in Somerset West this afternoon. Thereafter transfer to Stellenbosch and check into the Stellenbosch Hotel where you will stay for the last 2 nights of your tour on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. Overnight at hotel. The Ratanga Public Transport Interchange is located adjacent to Ratanga Road in the western part of Century City while the new Century Avenue Public Transport Interchange is located in the northern part of Century City and will replace the current transfer facility located at the nearby Shell Service Station. The construction of the Century Avenue PTI is virtually complete, and it is soon to be opened for services. The major points of origin for taxi and especially bus services are Mitchell’s Plain and Khayelitsha. Other points of origin for buses are Cape Town, Elsies River, Hanover Park, Delft and Nyanga and Atlantis; and for taxis are Maitland and Koeberg rail stations, and Goodwood, Elsies River, Bellville, Nyanga, Gugulethu and Langa.

From Airport, Follow Signs to CITY Via N2 Highway
Directions – To MTN Sciencentre (From airport) Option 1: • Follow CITY signs and join N2 dual highway (you will see Table Mountain in front of you). Head towards Cape Town. • Approx 5kms from airport, take "VANGUARD DRIVE / N7" turn-off to left and turn right at second traffic light, and head back over the N2 highway along Vanguard Drive for approx 10kms. Drive through several traffic lights. • Road then becomes a dual carriageway as you get near to N1 highway. • Take left turn off to N1 / CITY, and head south towards Cape Town along N1 Highway. Keep in left-hand lane. • You will see large Century City office complex and Canal Walk Shopping Centre on rhs. • Approx 4kms along N1 turn left to SABLE ROAD. • At traffic light, turn right and cross over N1 and go straight through first traffic light and move into right-hand lane and proceed approx 1km before sharp right-hand bend. You will see Ratanga Junction Amusement Park and large yellow roller coaster on rhs. • Proceed 300mtrs after sharp bend to traffic lights. • At traffic lights, turn right into Canal Walk entrance. • After 200mtrs drive straight across traffic circle and bear left after another 200 mtrs into entrance ramp up to Canal Walk Parking area (ignore first road to the left 100mtrs after the circle next to the Coluseum/Rabie building). • Drive up ramp and enter Security Boom.
