Sinclair’s current national audience reach is 24.7%. Sinclair calculates national audience reach in accordance with Section 73.3555(e)(2) of the Commission’s rules, by attributing 50 percent of the television households in those DMA markets in which Sinclair currently holds licenses for UHF station(s) only, and attributing 100 percent of the television households in all DMA markets in which Sinclair is licensee of a VHF station.2 2 47 C.F.R. § 73.3555(e)(2) (“National audience reach means the total number of television households in the [DMAs] in which the relevant stations are located divided by the total national television households as measured by DMA data at the time of a grant, transfer, or assignment of a license.
