No. 9473/CPR&RE/D-3/09, dt.30-12-11. >>><<< ORDER: In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad has sent a proposal of District Collector, Guntur, for inclusion of surrounding (15) Gram Panchayats i.e.1)Nallapadu(Remaining part),2) Koritepadu (Remaining part). 3) Pedakakani (Full), 4)Ankireddypalem (Remaining part), 5)Venigandla (Full), 6)Agathavarappadu(remaining part), 7) Pottur(Full), 8)Chowdavaram(Full), 9)Etukuru(Remaining part), 10)Takkelapadu (Remaining), 11) Budampadu(Full) 12.Pedapalakaluru, (Full) 13. Guntur North (Reddy Palem) remaining part 14. Adavitakkellapadu, (Remaining village) and 15) Gorantla(Full) into the limits of Guntur Municipal Corporation. 2). In the reference 4th and 6th read above, the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, was requested to furnish a report in the matter. 3). In the reference 9th read above while enclosing the Guntur District Collector’s report, the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad, has informed that out of the 15 Gram Panchayats mentioned above, Koritepadu and Guntur (village) do not have any Panchayats. The resolutions of the remaining Gram Panchayats are obtained and all the above Gram Panchayats except Gram Panchayats Pedakakani, Venigandla, Takkellapadu and Agathavarappadu have agreed for inclusion of their Gram Panchayats into the limits of Guntur Municipal Corporation. In the reference 7th read above, the Municipal Commissioner, Guntur has informed that part of the koritepadu Revenue village was already included in Guntur Municipal Corporation, and now the remaining part of the koritepadu Revenue village is part of Gorantla Gram Panchayat was proposed to be included. Further, the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad has reported that the following MPTCs jurisdiction will be affected due to merger of the said surrounding GPs into the limits of Guntur Municipal Corporation, 1) Nallapadu, MPTC-11 2)Pedapalakaluru, MPTC-1 3)Gorlavaripalem, MPTC 4)Obulnaidupalem, MPTC and he proposed for inclusion of the following Gram Panchaysts i.e. 1. Nallapadu (full) 2. Pedapalakaluru (full), 3. Ankireddypalem(Remaining part), 4. Adavitakkellapadu (full), 5. Gorantla (full), 6. Pothuru (full). 7. Chowadavaram (full), 8. Etukuru (Remaining part), 9. Budampadu (Remaining part), and 10) Reddipalem (full) into the limits of Guntur Municipal Corporation. 6) Government, after careful examination have decided to include the above surrounding (10) Gram Panchayats into Guntur Municipal Corporation and cancel the notifications issued declaring the 1. Nallapadu (full) 2. Pedapalakaluru (full), 3. Ankireddypalem(Remaining part), 4. Adavitakkellapadu (full), 5. Gorantla (full), 6. Pothuru (full). 7. Chowadavaram (full), 8. Etukuru (Remaining part), 9. Budampadu (Remaining part) and 10. Reddipalem (full) as Panchayats, so as to include the areas into the limits of Guntur Municipal Corporation. 7) Therefore, the following Notification will be published in the Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated:13-07-2012 and the Commissioner of Printing, Stationary & Stores Purchase, Hyderabad is requested to furnish (50) copies of the same to the Government immediately. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (f) of sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.13 of 1994) read with clause (i) of sub-rule (1) of rule 12 of the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayats (Declaration of Villages) Rules,2007 issued in G.O.Ms.No. 542, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (Pts.IV) Department dt.03.12.2007, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby cancels the Notifications issued declaring the following (10) Villages as Gram Panchayats, so as to include the areas into Guntur Municipal Corporation. 1.
