This invitation was timely, since his stay in Shan- tiniketan allowed him to recuperate from a serious illness, and the cultural ambience surrounding Shantiniketan was inspiring. Clarified Butter – 75 gm Flour – 15 gm Garlic : 1 clove, finely chopped Prawns-8nos Sugar : 1 tsp Refined flour-30gms METHOD: Mozarella cheese for garnish (optional) GASTRONOMY Egg (optional)-1no. 1) Boil milk with vanilla bean Refined oil to deep fry 2) Mix flour,Cornflour ,Sugar and egg yolks .
