That before the development hereby permitted starts, a management and maintenance scheme shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Planning Authority, and it shall include proposals for the continuing care, maintenance and protection of the proposed grassed, planted and landscaped areas plus all other communal areas. Reason:ln the interests of amenity by ensuring that landscaping is appropriate for the site and for the general area. 8. That no development shall take place within the development site, as outlined in red on the approved plan, until the developer has secured the implementation of a programme of archaeological works in accordance with a written scheme of investigation which has been submitted by the applicant and agreed by the Planning Authority in consultation with West of Scotland Archaeology Service; thereafter the developer shall ensure that the programme of archaeological works is fully implemented and that all recording and recovery of archaeological resources within the development site is undertaken to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority, in consultation with West of Scotland Archaeology Service. Reason:In order to protect and record any archaeological remains. That before any flatted dwellinghouse hereby permitted is occupied appropriate footpath links (including the removal of any redundant links) shall be formed between the application site and Airdrie Road, to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority, or such other scheme as may be approved in writing by the Planning Authority.
