We present the reasons of the selection of the pilot projects in the document of Appendix 5. 2.3.2 Contribution of the people So that the population be more involved in the projects, and experience, a feeling of property compared to the infrastructures built with these, and so that the effects of the projects be sustainable thanks to funds for the maintenance and management of the projects, we decided to request them a contribution, in addition to labor and material to be available on the spot on a purely free basis.
