JAWAPAN YB TUAN HAJI AYUB BIN JAMIL Komponen Rumah Mampu Biaya Johor (RMBJ) dibahagikankepada 4 iaitu RMBJ A (RM 42,000), RMBJ B (RM80,000), RMBJ C (RM150,000), RMBJ D (RM220,000-RM300,000) dan Kedai Kos Sederhana (RM200,000). Bagi keseluruhan tahun 2020 yang lalu, jumlah RMBJ dan kedai yang terjual adalah sebanyak 1,850 unit. Jumlah yang terjual ini melibatkan : RMBJ (A) sebanyak 34 unit RMBJ (B) sebanyak 690 unit RMBJ (C) sebanyak 1,101 unit RMBJ (D) Tiada projek terlibat kerana komponen ini diperkenalkan semasa Dasar Perumahan Rakyat Johor April 2019. JAWAPAN YB DATUK HAJI SAMSOLBARI BIN JAMALI Untuk makluman Yang Berhormat, langkah-langkah yang diambil oleh Kerajaan Negeri melalui Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran (JPS) Negeri Johor bagi mengurangkan risiko banjir di kawasan seperti yang dinyatakan adalah dengan melaksanakan Rancangan Tebatan Banjir (RTB) Sungai Melantai, Kluang, Johor. Selain itu, JPS juga giat menjalankan kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan berkala bagi memastikan kelancaran aliran sungai yang terlibat. Di bawah Rancangan Johor Lima Tahun (RJ5T) RMK-12, peruntukan yang diluluskan utk RTB ini adalah sebanyak RM 3.5 juta. Bagi tahun 2021, pelantikan perunding sedang dilaksanakan bagi menjalankan rekabentuk terperinci yang akan mengambil masa selama 6 bulan. Selepas itu, kerja-kerja fizikal bagi RTB ini akan dimulakan. Adalah besar harapan, dengan terlaksananya RTB ini, masalah banjir di Lembangan Sungai Melantai dapat diatasi. UNIT DEWAN, PEJABAT JURUTULIS DEWAN NEGERI JOHOR 23 OGOS 2021 (ina) 4 SUKJ.(DN).BIL:600-3/4/1 JLD. 5 DEWAN NEGERI JOHOR SOALAN-SOALAN LISAN YANG TIDAK HABIS DIJAWAB DI PERSIDANGAN DEWAN NEGERI JOHOR PADA HARI ISNIN, 23 OGOS 2021 YB DATO’ IR SYED SIS BIN SYED ABDUL RAHMAN (TANJUNG SURAT) SOALAN 15 (A199) Adakah peruntukkan penyenggaraan jalan raya seluruh negeri Johor telah dikurangkan pada tahun ini memandangkan penyelenggaraan jalan masa ini adalah tidak memuaskan?. JAWAPAN YB TUAN HAJI MOHD SOLIHAN BIN BADRI Peruntukan yang telah Jabatan Kerja Raya Johor terima pada tahun ini setakat 29 Julai 2021 adalah sebanyak RM160,233,171.42 melebihi tahun sebelum ini (2020) iaitu sebanyak RM141,792,464.26. Selain itu, jumlah tersebut masih tidak termasuk peruntukan bagi laluan FT001, FT003 dan FT005 memandangkan laluan tersebut sedang dalam penyediaan kontrak penyenggaraan baru yang dijangka akan dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober tahun ini. Walau bagaimanapun, Jabatan ini maklum berkenaan isu beberapa lokasi di FT001, FT003 dan FT005 terdapat beberapa lokasi yang menghadapi masalah kerosakan permukaan jalan yang memerlukan kaedah pembaikan besar, namun memandangkan kontrak tersebut masih belum selesai, justeru pembaikan secara tampalan sahaja yang dapat dilaksanakan buat masa kini. Selain daripada itu, terdapat juga laluan jalan persekutuan yang masih dalam peringkat penyerahan, iaitu projek jalan baru yang telah siap sepenuhnya dan dalam proses tindakan CSFJ bagi tujuan dimasukkan senarai jalan tersebut di bawah penyenggaraan jalan persekutuan setelah beberapa isu penerimaan selesai. Sebagi contoh laluan yang melibatkan projek yang telah siap dan akan diserah kepada cawangan senggara di bawah konsesi adalah seperti berikut: Menaiktaraf jalan Ft092 dari Bandar Penawar (senai Desaru Expressway) ke Sg. Rengit (Sek 0-28), dari 2 lorong kepada 4 lorong, Kota Tinggi, Johor. (Pakerj A & B) Projek Menaiktaraf Jalan Muar-Tangkak (fasa 1). Mohon Exco Kesihatan kongsikan data kawasan-kawasan hotspot varian ini untuk diambil maklum oleh Wakil Rakyat. YB KAPT (B) HAJI NAJIB BIN LEP (BUKIT PASIR) SOALAN 17 (A149) Apakah perancangan kerajaan negeri Johor untuk menghadapi Covid-19 varian Delta yang dikatakan lebih berbahaya dan adakah kerajaan negeri bersedia untuk memberi vaksin yang mampu untuk melawan varian Covid tersebut kepada rakyat di masa akan datang? YB CIK LIOW CAI TUNG (JOHOR JAYA) SOALAN 18 (A206) Jelaskan bilangan kes jangkitan Covid-19 Variant Delta di Johor mengikut daerah. JAWAPAN YB TUAN VIDYANANTHAN A/L RAMANADHAN (Jawapan bersekali untuk soalan A189, A149 & A206) Kehadiran Variant of Concern (VOC) di Negeri Johor, juga menyebabkan penularan yang pantas di kalangan warga industry. Terdapat kes VOC melibatkan varian Delta, di mana sehingga 7 Ogos 2021 sebanyak 11 kes dilaporkan di Negeri Johor. Ini melibatkan iaitu di Tangkak (7), Segamat (2), Muar (1) dan Batu Pahat (1). Walau bagaimanapun, bilangan VOC yang dilaporkan adalah kecil dan masih lagi terkawal. Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah akan menjalankan penilaian risiko terhadap kes-kes yang dilaporkan dan akan melanjutkan tempoh kuarantin kepada 21 hari sekiranya disyaki kes-kes tersebut mempunyai kaitan dengan VOC khususnya varian Delta.
