WINGED VISION Video Production Events Special Temporary Authorization Application February, 2011
This STA request will facilitate video production efforts of the applicant at various events throughout the United States. These include coverage of televised golf tournaments and national horse racing events. These require use of frequencies outside of the normal 2 GHz BAS/LTTS/CARS band which is necessary due to severe overcrowding of normal BAS bands at these important sporting events.

All operation will be coordinated in advance, as are all radio frequency operations in and around these events, by the frequency coordinators of the Society of Broadcast Engineers in the applicable broadcast market. Operation at 2390-2400 MHz will be coordinated in advance with the American Radio Relay League, Inc.
2 Should any interference be reported in this band or in adjacent bands, operation will cease immediately and not resume until resolved to the satisfaction of the licensee(s) affected.
