WINGED VISION Video Production Events Special Temporary Authorization Application February, 2011 This STA request will facilitate video production efforts of the applicant at various events throughout the United States. These include coverage of televised golf tournaments and national horse racing events. These require use of frequencies outside of the normal 2 GHz BAS/LTTS/CARS band which is necessary due to severe overcrowding of normal BAS bands at these important sporting events.
