Altoona leads the series, 11-4, left-hander Domingo Robles (4-6) pitched a five-hit, nine-inning shutout in winning six of seven games at Canal Park and five of eight games in his team's 5-0 series-opening win at Peoples Natural Gas Field on Altoona. Last season, Altoona won the series, 13-10, for the first time Monday night. Robles pitched his second complete-game shutout of since 2010, including 7-3 in Altoona, although Akron won the Western Akron, as he also held the RubberDucks scoreless for seven innings in Division playoff series, three games to one.
