Dear Mr Giles-Grant,

Thank you for your email and amended plan. Unfortunately, there are still some discrepancies between the floor plans and elevations relating to windows. The proposed first floor windows on the 4 two storey extensions are shown as single windows on the elevations and two windows on the floorplans, on drawings 31654-06.002A, 31654-01.002D and 31654-01.001D. Please could provide further amended plans showing the correct proposal.

I also note your comment regarding the Design & Access Statement, and will await receipt.

We require a Design and Access Statement in the form of a short report to support your planning application and to illustrate the process that has led to the development proposal, and to explain and justify the proposal in a structured way. The Statement should provide an audit trail to show how particular matters have been considered and how the proposals meet Government & Council planning guidance and how you have taken an integrated approach to design, including access for all. The exact form of the statement will depend upon the size, complexity and nature of the scheme however it should contain sufficient information to enable the planning authority to understand how analysis of the site and the local context has influenced the design.

2. The proposed elevations and floor plans shown on the submitted plans differ on the drawings. Please confirm which drawing shows the correct proposal, or provide amended drawings.
