Work Session SB 2 CARRIED OVER FROM THE 5-20-2021 MEETING: Prohibits insurers from imposing prior authorization or other utilization review requirements on coverage of proton beam therapy that do not apply to coverage of radiation therapy. SB 3 CARRIED OVER FROM THE 5-20-2021 MEETING: Requires health benefit plans to cover emergency medical services transports. SB 711 A CARRIED OVER FROM THE 5-20-2021 MEETING: Requires Department of Consumer and Business Services to study cost differences in hormone replacement drugs used by men and hormone replacement drugs used by women and report findings to Legislative Assembly no later than September 15, 2022.
