The HOS Concerned will ensure the guidelines issued by the department vide circular dated 27.06.2018 strictly. Further, it is to be ensured that the vacancy of subject teacher is available in the school and the Guest Teacher concerned fulfills the eligibility criteria and other aspects applicable upon the Guest Teachers as per RRs and the Guest Teacher may be allowed for joining only after verificatic.-- 4f availability of vacancy, online relieving of previous school, experience certificate, educational qualification and proper identification with photographs of Guest Teacher. In case any deficiency comes to notice during the verification the same may be intimated to District office before allowing for joining. The verification of educational document may also be got done through their issuing authority and an undertaking may also be obtained from Guest Teacher concern to this effect that his/her deployment is subject to verification/authentication of document and he/she will be liable to be initiated action against his/her, in case it is found that the document submitted by him/her are not genuine as per record.
