Enter the server name, for example, appshare.companyname.com. Server Or, you can choose one of the servers you have previously logged into.
User Name Enter your user name.
Enter the password for accessing AppShare.
NOTE: If you select Remember Password to securely store your password, you do not have to enter your password in future AppShare sessions. Password NOTE: After tapping Connect, you may be prompted to enter your conference password provided by the meeting host.

Join an active conference
There are two ways to join an active conference.
Select from a list of active conferences
Scroll down the list of active conferences, select the conference, and tap the Join button on the keyboard.
Enter a word or name in the search area
Enter a word or name in the search area, select the conference, and tap the Join button on the keyboard.
NOTE: If you are unable to locate the conference you want to join, tap the refresh button in the upper right corner of the window.

Enter the server name, for example, appshare.companyname.com. Server Or, you can choose one of the servers you have previously logged into.
Enter your user name. For example, you can enter your name. User Name NOTE: This name displays in the Participant List and is used by the host to identify you.
Enter the conference code provided by the meeting host. This allows you to connect directly to the conference.
Conference Code NOTE: After tapping Connect, you are prompted to enter your conference password provided by the meeting host.

Departing the meeting
A notice appears when the meeting host departs.
Registered user departure
When the meeting host departs, you can either display a list of existing conferences or exit from the AppShare application.
Guest user departure
When the meeting host departs, you can either return to the main AppShare window or exit from the AppShare application.

Context icons
Exits the Exits participation in the current conference and returns you to select another conference conference for registered users and to enter a conference ID for guest users.
Participants Displays the Participants List that shows: Host, Participants button and Exited Participants.
Camera button Saves a picture of your screen to the Photo Album for future reference.
Information button
NOTE: Pressing the iOS device’s Home button puts AppShare in the background, allowing you to multitask. Reopening AppShare reconnects to the same conference where you left off.

Zoom in and out
You can double-tap or pinch to zoom in on part of the shared screen to see smaller text. While zoomed in, you can tap and drag to pan to see other portions of the window. Then, you can double-tap to zoom out.
NOTE: This icon is displayed on the iOS device when the application is successfully installed.
