 Located in Levallois-Perret: 20 min from Paris center by public  This is Thales biggest site which opened mid-2012 transportation  Easy to go to Gennevilliers as  Very close to Paris: 30 min from Paris center by public well as to Neuilly-sur-Seine transportation  Close to Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport: 20 min with good traffic conditions Conditions of cancellation : • Until 60 days before the event : no fee • Charles de ! From 30 to 59 days : 10% of the room • Gennevilliers Gaulle Airport From 15 to 29 days : 50% of the room • From 8 to 14 days : 80% of the room • From 0 to 7 days : 100% of the room

 Access from Charles de Gaulle airport to the hotel : Neuilly sur Taxi at a cost of about 50 € Seine Public transport : Roissy bus to Opera (final stop) + metro line 3 to Pont de Levallois-Becon, at a cost of 12.20 euros (10.50 for the Roissy bus + 1.70 € for a single metro ticket)

 Those staying in another hotel will have to go to Gennevilliers by their own means. Please note that the number of parking spaces available is limited and that public transport is highly recommended

 If you decide to come by your own means, please see the THALES Gennevilliers site map Note: If you come by public transport and arrive at the metro or RER (suburban train) stop, you will ! need to take the Thales shuttle to the Thales Gennevilliers site. Please do not forget to print the voucher « Shuttle ticket » from the last page of this document.
