CORK County Development Plan 2009 i Second Edition, Jan 2012 Introduction The Cork County Development Plan 2009 was formally made by the County Council on 9th January 2009 and came into operation on 6th February 2009. The County Development 2009 is a six year plan and is expected to remain in force until early 2015. Since its adoption, there have been three variations to the plan adopted by the Council, as set out in the table below. This 2nd Edition of the County Development Plan 2009 has been produced to incorporate all the adopted variations made up to December 2011.
