I am grateful for the response we have received from customers and appreciate your ongoing support of Von Maur. Together, we are upholding the practices that we know will help to ensure the safety of everyone in our communities. Just as we had to weigh the decision to open, individuals have to weigh their personal decision to visit our stores. Our funds from operations (“FFO”) increased from a strong 2012 by 10.9% to $8.85 per share. Since the great recession, the growth per share of FFO has totaled 76%. We increased our dividend for 2013 by 13.4% to a total of $4.65 per common share, an increase of 79% since the great recession, and with the recent increase in the first quarter of 2014 to $1.25 per share we are now on track to pay $5.00 per share this year.
