    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE July 2, 2012 STEVE LUKATHER TO APPEAR WITH FRAMPTON GUITAR CIRCUS FOR MULTIPLE DATES FOLLOWING TOTO EUROPEAN TOUR Luke Also Plans Headline House of Blues Dallas Show on July 17 Los Angeles -- Steve Lukather will stay on the road following Toto's European run of headline arena dates and festival appearances. He'll join the Frampton Guitar Circus Tour for seven dates, four of which feature his ensemble opening the show. Luke shares, "I am so excited to join my lifetime friend Peter Frampton for his 'Guitar Circus' this summer. I am a huge fan from the old Humble Pie days thru all his solo work through the years. We have been friends since 1978 when Toto opened its first ever arena show, on our first tour in Hawaii in '78 on the Frampton Comes Alive tour the first time around. Our son's Trev and Julian are close friends, and I consider Peter family. He is one of the finest guitar players and artists out there. He has inspired me as a player over the years with his melodic and original sound and feel, and GREAT songs. He is the REAL deal. We have had so much fun jamming over the years, I was honored and happy to get the call to join him on some select dates in the USA between Toto's 35th Anniversary World Tour. We are gonna have a blast. Cant' wait." In the midst of these appearances, Luke will stage a headline show at the House of Blues in Dallas in the Cambridge Room on July 17.

    TOTO Bio Few ensembles in the history of recorded music have individually or collectively had a larger imprint on pop culture than the members of TOTO. As individuals, the band members’ imprint can be heard on an astonishing 5000 albums that together amass a sales history of a HALF A BILLION albums. Amongst these recordings, NARAS applauded the performances with 225 Grammy nominations. Band members were South Park characters, while Family Guy did an entire episode on the band's hit "Africa." As a band, TOTO sold 35 million albums, and today continue to be a worldwide arena draw staging standing room only events across the globe.     Will Minting - Jay Graydon interview December 18, 2005 Jay Graydon may not be known to each and everyone, but to all lovers of quality music he is known as one of the A-1 guitar players and songwriters of all time in music history. Together with producer/songwriter and long time pal David Foster he is also known to die-hard fans in Europe and Asia as the co-founder of "Westcoast Music". This music genre has its roots in the late 70s, and is also labeled Adult Contemporary Pop Music or AOR for short. As Ray Jackson helped out Jay to enter the session world in Los Angeles very successfully, Jay did the same with Steve Lukather. Read Jay's memories in this very open interview. Jay Graydon is a legendary Los Angeles based studio musician, session guitarist, writer and producer. When other studio legends had tried and failed to meet Donald Fagan & Walter Becker's seemingly impossible expectations, Jay famously nailed the Peg solo on Steely Dan's Aja album. Jay won a Grammy for his co- writing of Turn your love around with Luke and Bill Champlin, which became one of George Benson's biggest hits. Jay was instrumental in getting Luke started on the session scene in the mid 1970's when he recommended his own clients to the teenage Lukather, who as we know rapidly emerged as an equal to the likes of Jay, Larry Carlton, Dean Parks, Ray Parker Jnr, Lee Ritenour and other legendary studio guitarists. Joseph Williams and Steve Porcaro have also worked extensively with Jay in recent years.

    Rock Guitar Daily with Tony Conley What's Great In The World Of Rock And Roll Guitar Sunday, January 13, 2013 Dave Kilminster: From Inside 'The Wall' - "Whatever I Play, I Inject My Heart And Soul Into It" (Part I) Dave Kilminster is obviously a musician of many gifts - while known to millions as the guy on top of Roger Waters's The Wall recreating some of history's greatest guitar solos, he's also a great songwriter, singer, and record maker in his own right. After years of, 'Helping others succeed in their careers,' Dave is currently recording a new solo record following the re-release of Scarlet - The Director's Cut, his first solo outing. Scarlet made it on to my 'Top 12 For 2012,' and it would appear that this is but the beginning for Kilminster - in addition to a new solo record, he's also hoping to see a long awaited collaboration with Guthrie Govan later in the year. That, along with more shows atop The Wall, and a European tour with Murray Hockridge (with whom Kilminster recorded the excellent acoustic covers CD, Closer To Earth in 2011) should ensure the world sees no shortage of Dave Kilminster in 2013. I caught up with Dave just days after his grand finale for 2012, a great performance with Waters at the 12- 12-12 Concert For Sandy Relief (album now available on iTunes), and we covered a tremendous amount of ground - I've never laughed so much through an interview, we had a great chat and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
