Access to Property Assist
Request for Access
For each customer, we recommend 2-3 Customer Admin access, however multiple users can be added as non-login users for notification purpose only.
You can request access to AMP Capital Property Assist by going to www.ampcapital-propertyassist.com and entering the relevant building code and select ‘Go’. Follow the on screen prompts and complete the required fields which are marked in * and select ‘Request Login’. Your request will be sent to the Property / Centre Management team for review and approval. Once approved, a system generated email will be issued to you with your login details.

Logging Work Requests
Logging In
Log in using the details confirmed in the email issued to you by the system.
Checking the ‘Remember Email?’ box will retain your details for future log ins to the system

Submit New Request
From the menu option, hover your mouse over ‘Work Request system’ and select ‘Submit New Request’.

Work Request has 2 sections.
Sender Details This is your personal details and will be pre populated with your contact details as per your user profile. If your business is across multiple levels and you are logging an issue for a specific level, you can select the required level from the drop down list.
Job Details You are required to completed all fields that are marked with a * For the category, unless the issue relates to base building, select ‘Tenancy Works’ Once all details are completed, select Submit

Submit New Request
New Service Request confirmation will appear on your screen with your Reference Number along with an email confirmation of the Work Request.

Notifications and Updates
The request will be received by the Building / Centre Management teams for action.
Each time when the work request is updated with comments or status is changed from ‘in progress’ to ‘complete’ you will receive email notifications confirming the progress of the works.
Any comments from the management team will appear in the body of the email.

Search Work Request
You can also search for your existing work requests to follow up on their status and review progress of works. From the menu option, hover your mouse over ‘Work Request system’ and select ‘Search Work Requests’.

If you know your CAFM (Work Request) Reference Number, enter this in the field specified, alternatively you can use any of the search fields available, such as Date or Status.

Update my details
From the menu options, select ‘Update My Details’ to update your contact information and/ or Password.
All Mandatory fields are marked in * Once complete, select ‘Save Changes’.
Notes/Hints. Alternate email(s) field is used for additional email recipients you wish to be copied on all your Property Assist correspondence.

Check for News
From time to time, your Building or Centre management teams may add news relevant to your building.
This will be available for you on the home page under ‘Local Weather and News’
Select the news item from the banner or select ‘News’ from the menu options to view the notice.
