Elected as Vice Chairman of Executive Committee of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) in September 2001 in Australia by defeating Chairman of Senate of Malaysia Parliament 4. Nominated as Regional Representative from India Region in the Executive Committee of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, London (U.K), (2014-16). 5.
